Anne Frank foundation threatens legal action after activists vow to publish her diary online in its entirety from tomorrow – 70 years after her death 

An academic and a French MP are planning to publish Anne Frank's diary online for free tomorrow as they say it marks 70 years after the author's death, and is therefore outwith European copyright laws.
