Legendary Style! 1965 Ferrari 330 GT ’2+2 SHOOTING BRAKE’

We are all about classic rides and rare, timeless designs. Ferrari is no strangers to the world of iconic automobiles, and today they are back as we get a look at a 1965 Ferrari 330 GT ’2+2 SHOOTING BRAKE’. This beautiful machine ended up in possession of Le Mans winner, Luigi Chinetti in 1965 before being passed down to his son, Luigi “coco” Chinetti Jr. From there this legendary ride was used as a base for a custom built ‘shooting brake’ rendition.

The ride comes rocking an elongated front-end, and a station-wagon styled rear which features room to seat four comfortably. The ride is host to a bold, classic metallic brown paint-job with gold trim while being displayed on Carrozzeria Vignale’s stand at the 50th Annual Torino Motor Show in 1968. It is the final Ferrari with Vignale coachwork. The ride has gone through multiple ownerships before being restored in full in 1990. Have a look at this rare and beautiful machine below and speak your thoughts on it after the jump. Head over to Gooding to learn more about the ride asap.
