I said "until next year" in my last email, and I'm back! And as much as you probably hate talking about this every year, we have to chat about our resolutions for 2025, but with a twist.

Every year, everyone's typical resolutions are "I'm gonna work out more," or "I'm gonna start a new hobby." And there's nothing wrong with that! In fact...those are pretty much mine for 2025.

But you know what else I want to commit to? Making all those doctor's appointments I put off in 2024. Doing my taxes early. And finally putting together that Ikea lamp I bought months ago and is still sitting in the box.

So yeah. In 2025, we're being optimistic but also realistic.

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail . This Is What Fish Oil Supplements Actually Do

For centuries , humans have used fish oils, orally or topically, to treat a wide array of ailments, from aches and pains to rickets and gout. The popularity of this supplement has shifted over the years, as have its primary uses. But over the past couple of decades, the hype around fish oil has arguably reached an all-time high.
